Oops! You have left your house but the keys are still inside. Rest assured, here's what to do to be covered. This list is available for information purposes, always refer to the terms and conditions of your policy.

In what situations are you covered?

You’re in a hurry to get to work so you rush out. Once out on the street, you realise that your keys are still inside the house. You’re locked out!

Rest assured, you are covered by the « emergency@home » cover if you have taken out an OptiHome home insurance policy (Active or Privilege Package)

Not being able to access your home is considered an emergency, so AXA will provide you with a professional to get you out of this awkward situation.

What can you do?

Call AXA Assistance straight away at +352 45 30 55. Available 24/7. This is the only thing you will have to do: no need to complete a claim form or any other administrative document.

The professional's costs will be paid directly by AXA up to a maximum of €400 per call-out.

Did you know...

The emergency@home cover offers you the possibility of covering up to two call-outs per year.

If your home becomes uninhabitable or inaccessible because of an emergency situation (loss of keys, heating failure in winter, significant water leakage,...) AXA covers the cost of troubleshooting up to 400€ per intervention.
