Here are the steps to follow for you to be compensated:
Step 1: Complete the claim form that you will find on your MyAXA portal or on our website https://www.axa.lu/fr/assurance-habitation. Specify the circumstances of the claim and the nature of the damage
Step 2: Attach photos of the damage to your declaration (except in the event of theft)
Step 3: Attach the purchase invoice for the damaged item or any other document proving you own the item (mandatory)
Step 4: Attach a detailed quote for the repair of the damaged property or for its replacement
Can your multimedia device be repaired? Be aware that repairs can be done before your declaration to the company if you use the repairer that we recommend below:
