A meal for a good cause
The CARE lunch has become a tradition at AXA in Luxembourg. Since 2015, we have been coming together internally over a meal prepared by a Luxembourg-based caterer.
The principle is simple: each employee pays for their lunch with a meal voucher, our CR Team and the AXA Hearts in Action team pay for the meal and our volunteers take care of the service, serving up tasty lasagne for example in 2019!
AXA Hearts in Action donates the proceeds of this meal to CARE Luxembourg, one of the world's largest humanitarian aid networks founded in 1945. CARE's missions are varied: fight against extreme poverty, defence of human rights, fight against inequalities and injustices, emancipation and empowerment of women...

Diversity DayEvery year, AXA in Luxembourg takes part in Diversity Day, organised by IMS Luxembourg to promote diversity, as do many companies, public organisations and associations in Luxembourg.
DayCare
DayCareOrganised by CARE Luxembourg, the dayCare allows students aged 16 and over to do an internship in a participating company. Every year, AXA Luxembourg welcomes 10 students for a full day of insights into the world of insurance. Throughout the year, AXA Hearts in Action works closely with CARE on various campaigns and donations.
Don ASTI
AXA in Luxembourg is involved with ASTI, an association that supports immigrant workers. In 2021, we prepared 110 hygiene kits for the beneficiaries of the Migrants Information Desk.
