When you have used health care services in Luxembourg, this is how to submit your refund request at AXA Luxembourg according to your insurance conditions.
How to request a refund of your health care costs in Luxembourg:
When you have health costs: doctor, dentist, optics:
1. Pay the Invoice
2. Keep a copy of the invoice
3. Send the original invoice to the Caisse Nationale de Santé du Luxembourg.
4. The Caisse Nationale de Santé reimburses its share and sends you a statement of its refunds.
5. Now you just need to send this statement and a copy of your invoice to AXA Luxembourg via email or post.
