An insured person may benefit from the right to be forgotten in the context of an Outstanding Balance insurance (without disability or incapacity cover) in order to guarantee the repayment of a mortgage loan intended for the acquisition/extension or renovation of their principal residence or business premises, for a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros, only for the pathologies (illnesses) specified and according to the rules described in the “Right to be Forgotten” Agreement signed on 29 October 2019.
If the insured benefits from an ongoing Outstanding Balance insurance or if they have already benefited in the past from the Agreement within the framework of an Outstanding Balance insurance cover with the same or another insurer, the maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros is understood to mean all Outstanding Balance coverages already in existence with all insurers who have signed the "Right to be Forgotten" Agreement. Any omission or misrepresentation on this point may result in the nullity of the insurance policy.
The insured is advised to contact their doctor in case of any doubt they may have concerning the medical conditions in order to be able to benefit from the contractual instrument.
