For further information

Domestic violence is violence committed within a relationship. Domestic violence is not only physical (blows, injuries, sexual violence etc.), it can also be psychological (intimidation, emotional abuse etc.) or economic (confiscation of income etc.).

The violentomètre (the violence meter) is a useful tool to help better identify your particular situation.

Our coverage is aimed at all customers with a home insurance policy, the signatory of the policy or the signatory's partner living at the same address. It is automatic and added free of charge. To provide you with long-term support, we require you to make an undertaking to consult one of our partner associations within 3 days of being rehoused.

Victims can be rehoused for up to 7 consecutive days, up to twice each insurance year, to give them time to find a permanent solution. Transportation to a trustworthy person (family, friend, etc.) can also be organised, depending on the victim's wishes.

Victims can leave with their children, whether minors or adults, as well as their pets (dog and/or cat).
