Here are the details of the categories of items covered by the Comfort option:

Focus on operation. How does it work in case of a claim?
In case of damaged or broken material:
- Do not attempt to repair it yourself
- Fill out the Home insurance claim form.
- Send your declaration to claims@axa.lu, attaching an invoice / proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damage.
In case of theft of your equipment:
1. Immediately file a complaint with the police as soon as you notice the theft.
2. Within 24 hours, send the certificate of complaint along with the claim form to claims@axa.lu.
