You have booked a trip with Luxair and you have subscribed to a travel, luggage or accident insurance?

AXA Luxembourg is Luxair’s travel insurance partner.

If you have encountered a problem during your trip and you wish to claim a compensation in connection with your insurance:

  2. Complete it
  3. Send it to the contact details stated on the form

Did you purchase your insurance before 1 July 2026? 

Your coverage remains fully valid for your trip booked with Luxair. AXA continues to manage your insurance contract: you can file your claim directly on this page.

Are you booking your trip as of 1 July 2026? 

AXA insurance solutions are no longer offered when booking your Luxair trip. For any new subscriptions or questions regarding your trip, please visit the Luxair.lu website or contact Luxair Customer Service at +352 2456-1 (available 7 days a week, from 07:00 to 19:00).
