Your safety net in the face of climate change
Major climate events are becoming increasingly frequent and unpredictable. Floods, torrential rains, or sewer backups can cause considerable damage to your property and furniture. However, these risks are generally not covered by basic home insurance policies. With the Sérénité Max option from AXA Luxembourg, you can give your home the highest level of protection against the forces of nature.
3 good reasons to choose the Sérénité Max option

Comprehensive protection against water
Whether it’s a major flood, a mud runoff following heavy rain, or a sewer backup, you benefit from comprehensive coverage.
A 10 % bonus for indirect losses
AXA automatically adds an additional indemnity equal to 10% of the damage amount to cover your unexpected additional expenses, such as temporary relocation or administrative procedures.
Expanded coverage for all climate-related risks
Beyond water-related risks, this option also covers material damage caused by an earthquake, a landslide, or a ground subsidence.
