The MyAXA customer account is reserved for our Individual Customers who have taken out a policy with an AXA intermediary (agent, broker, banking partner) or directly with AXA Luxembourg.
Individual customers
Access your MyAXA customer account to contact assistance, view your policies and make the most of many other services
- Eligible policies: Motor, Home, Health Individuals, Life Individuals, Investment Individuals, Civil Liability, Accident, Travel
- Ineligible clients: Business customers, legal entities.
- Ineligible policies: Pets, Corporate IARD, Vehicle fleets, Employee Benefits policies taken out via the employer (Life or health), Landlord’s Civil Liability.
